Below are the general terms and conditions for the business matching program. For more information or questions about the general requirements, please contact JETRO.

  1. Applicant's company must be looking to expand their Japan business.
  2. Applicant's company must offer products/services/technologies. Consulting firms and resellers/distributors are not eligible.
  3. If applicant's company has an exclusive agent or exclusive distributor in Japan, an approval letter from the agent or distributor must be submitted to JETRO upon registration.
  4. Person in charge of technology and sales (both is desirable) from applicant's company must be available to attend all JETRO arranged meetings.
  5. All information entered will be provided to Japanese participants companies in order to arrange meetings.
  6. All applications will be screened based on interest of Japanese companies.
  7. Applicant must have a valid work e-mail address, company website and address.
